The organisation is governed by a voluntary board of trustees and the Chief Executive, Mrs Jenny Hearl, is the registered provider on behalf of Eothen.

Our care homes are supported by the Head Office team which consists of Finance, HR & Training, Quality & Compliance, Purchasing and Administration.

Our staff genuinely care, are experienced, well trained and dedicated. Each home has its own personality and the staff do not wear uniforms. We provide in house training to ensure our practices are consistent and our values and ethos are embedded in everything we do.

Our care home staff will ensure your loved ones are happy, comfortable, meaningfully cared for and loved. Our approach to care creates close connections between residents, staff and relatives which enhances the lives and wellbeing of each individual resident and their families.
