Chef
Location: All 3 homes
Hourly Rate: £16.25
Hours: 42 hours per week
We currently have an opportunity for a Chef to join Eothen Homes, working 42 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work between our three care homes.
The successful candidate will also be passionate about food with a flexible approach to ensure people enjoy positive mealtime experiences. You will provide a balanced and nutritious diet, through a series of flexible menus, suitable to the needs of residents living in the home. You will also need to use your initiative to create dishes to maximise the use of stock and the changing requests of the people living at the home.
An intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or appropriate catering training and/or a wide experience of good catering practice is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising the Kitchen Assistants.
